Love the everything bagel with light cream cheese. Perfect balance of salt and seed. Friendly staff. Great location and beautiful view. To die for baked goodies. Mmm!

Catering order was scheduled at the wrong time do to the glitches and problems consistently with their online ordering system. Staff was not sympathetic or helpful at all. Will place my catering orders elsewhere next time.

The food is good, but the shopping center is so freaking busy. Its great after a walk or bike ride on the trail.

Just like any other Panera, great food and good prices. This location is very busy since is located next to Seminole Wekiva Trail. They have a large outdoor seating area and bicycle parking racks too.

Good location with nice outdoor seating overlooking a pond and cow pasture. Lovely when the temperature permits. It's usually crowded but it's laid out well so it doesn't seem bad. There's plenty of room to line up, and staff are efficient and friendly. Lots of seating and staff keep tables clean. The one issue is that thanks to multiple restaurants and other businesses the parking lot in this plaza can get VERY full--it isn't always easy to find a space. My food has always come as ordered and basically everything is as it should be.

Standard Panera Bread food quality here. The prices have jumped up a little but the quality never hits anything close to bad. Service is a little hit and miss; the people working there are mostly competent, but not outstanding. There is an older Latin female/manager who does kick ass though when I see her. Best thing about this Panera is that I can walk or ride my bike there; it certainly beats trying to find parking. If you are choosy about the food, there is another (almost new) Panera a mile up the street that will appeal more to more discriminate Panera tastes.

It's a good reliable Panera. The food is good, the service was polite and fast. The restaurant is spacious and has many tables which I love. The sandwiches are lovely. The only thing I had a bit of a problem with is the apple. They did not ask me what side I wanted. I had to tell the sandwich maker to switch the bread off my plate for the apple they normally offer as a healthy option. Hmm... Anyways, the food was good the cocoa I had was nice too.

This is a great location, if you can find parking. Same food as any other Panera and friendly service. Every time I've been to this location, its pretty empty. However parking in this lot is a joke.

This Panera is a great location to eat at, and hang out with friends. The only CONSTANT problem I've had with this Panera are the little high schooler kids that work behind the counter, making the food, etc. I was informed by one of the food makers that my salad dressing was in the bag, along with my bread, and fork/knife. I drove all the way home and HE PUT THE SALAD DRESSING IN MY SALAD instead of putting it in a small container (like they are supposed to do). My salad was un-eatable by the time I got home. All mushy and soggy. Oh yeah: my bread roll was the size of a small rock. Other than that, this location is Ok to eat at.

If you want to eat somewhere with a great view, this Panera is the place. It overlooks a vast expanse of pasture with a pond with features meandering cows and horses. So restful! However, do not expect stellar service. This Panera has had a poor reputation for that for quite awhile. The soup is often cold, and special orders seem to throw them completely. If it weren't for the great location, I'd give this Panera 2**s.

Really like this Panera. Great view and rather spacious. Good stop on Seminole Wekiva trail to relax. Service at every Panera is rather spotty so that is the reason to lose one star.

This is my favorite location. The service has always been good, even downright helpful. The best part is the outdoor seating. It overlooks the bike/walk/jogging trail and a beautiful piece of property that includes a small pond and pastureland with cows. My kids love watching the cows as we eat. I'd have to say that the worst part is the parking. At peak times, you may have to circle around to get a spot. My currect favorite sandwich is the Frontega Chicken. The bread that it is served on is awesome. I love their kids meals because they come with yogurt.

FLIES, FLIES -- GET RID OF THE FLIES!!!! Panera Bread in Heathrow FL was the first of it's kind that I visited when it opened. I love the sandwiches, soups, bagels, etc... but I don't like the FLIES! I visited the restaurant today, Sunday, 5-15-2011, to purchase one of their tuna sandwiches and soups and upon entering and speaking with the cashier, flies were everywhere -- on the baskets, landing and enjoying the breads, on the preparation boards, etc... I spoke with the cashier about the flies and he directed me to the Shift Manager, Nikki. I spoke to Nikki and even directed her to one of the bread baskets and shook the baskets that 5 - 7 flies had became comfortable on and the next thing that came out of her mouth was Unbelievable -- she stated that there was nothing that she could do; that she had to keep the bread open because it was too moist to wrap and they have never done anything differently and really didn't think that they should. I took a deep breath and then spoke to her about how harmful flies - Filth Flies - are to humans and how they can spread diseases - and she was not interested. I cancelled my order and went to Panera Bread on Sun Drive which has always maintain their cleanliness and are always willing to hear complaints and correct when needed. Heathrow Panera Bread please read the following regarding Filthy House Flies and learn! The House Fly and Other Filth Flies: The house fly and other types of "filth flies" can become nuisance pests, but also are important for their potential to harm humans and animals. House flies, for example, can spread diseases such as food poisoning and dysentery. Flies, including stable flies and mosquitoes (which are also classified as flies, or Diptera), can inflict painful bites while feeding on the blood of humans and other animals, and some species transmit disease. The habits of filth flies favor the spread of bacteria and other disease-causing organisms. Filth flies often feed and lay eggs on garbage, manure and carrion before contaminating human foods and food preparation surfaces by landing on them. When feeding, house flies regurgitate their stomach contents onto food to liquefy it before ingesting it. They also may contaminate food and surfaces by defecating on them. ***I am always surprised of how many people continue to support establishments like this, that can care less about health risks to their paying customers.

I love Panera. I love the wheat bread, the portabello bisque, those multi grain bagels with little crunchy things I can't identify. It's all so yummy. But this location is the WORST Panera I have ever been to. Maybe I've been spoiled by all of the other Paneras I've been to up north. But this one...I've been there about 10 times in the past three months. Every single time, and I mean every, they have messed up my order. Some times little things like the wrong kind of bread, leaving out some cheese, gross amounts of coffee grinds in my coffee. But this evening, I ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, no cheese, to go. That was my order. Nothing special. I get home and open my bag and find a container of lettace and onions. Come on. Give me a break. You better believe I stormed back in there and got my missing chicken, tomatoes, and dressing. Last time you slathered my greens in dressing when I asked for none. The time before you loaded up on gorgonzola when I asked for it on the side. There was that time you gave me chips instead of bread. But forgetting the majority of my salad? Seriously? Never again.
